Hello everyone,
First, I apologize if this issue has been addressed before. I have searched and I cant seem to find anything related to my issue. So please I need your help, and thank you in advance.
Problem:
We just started using keycloak to manage our authentication. we have two kind of users. Some internal, coming from our AD and other external users whose account were created on the keycloak directly. we set password policy to 365 days and everything is working fine for our internal users. But for our external users, they are being forced to change their password everyday. I have checked everywhere on the keycloak dashboad and I dont know what I am doing wrong. Please help.
