Hi all,
We provided users a link from our application to the keycloak reset pw page. They can then enter their username and receive a pw reset mail. It worked perfectly the first 4 times, however in the 5 time*, after navigating the link, they enter a new password, submit the form and get an error page “We are sorry… An internal server error has occurred”.
Once the user gets this error, it is not possible to update his password again.
We are doing the test in the environment, it is the reason that the user reset the password 5 times.
The logs display this information, any idea?
I am using KeyCloak 9.0.2, it is old, but it is a legacy system and it is not possible to update it.
