My application run Keycloak 16.1.1

Subject: Keycloak EventListener Data Retrieval**

I need the Keycloak 16.1.1 download files, including providers, bin, and server files, because my application uses Keycloak version 16.1.1. However, I have searched extensively, and the 16.1.1 version files are not available. Currently, a POC is implemented with Keycloak version 24.0.1. Sometimes, users and roles are not being inserted into the Keycloak database. Please address these issues and provide the Keycloak 16.1.1 version along with your guidance.

What do you mean they are not available? The dependencies are in any central maven repository and also the keycloak source code is available on github so really not sure what is this post about?
