KeyCloak 19.0.2 Missing Custom Reset Actions For Credential Reset

Hi!

We have recently upgraded to KeyCloak19 (19.0.2) and noticed that our custom actions are not in the list to select from when reseting a users credentials. In KeyCloak18 and prior we were able to select the custom action in both the required action section and reset actions with the latter sending an email to the user. In KeyCloak19 the custom actions are only displayed in the required action section. Also to note that in KeyCloak19 the built-in actions are appearing in the list when trying to perform a credential reset and we are using the new theme.

Has anyone else seen this or have any advice on how to resolve this?

When testing with the old admin theme the custom actions appear correctly when resetting credentials.
