Good morning, Community!
I’m Juan José, and this is my first time writing on this forum because I have some questions and I’m not sure if I’m writing in the right place or if there is another more appropriate channel to do so. If I’m mistaken, I apologise in advance and would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
I currently work as a self-employed doctor in an office I rent in Malaga, in southern Spain. In recent months, I have decided to digitise my medical processes and have been looking for different open-source healthcare software solutions. After analysing several alternatives, I found that OpenMRS was the software that best suited my needs: a robust, flexible platform backed by a user community.
I myself, along with three IT technicians, are trying to install and configure the files to deploy the software, but we have encountered some difficulties that we do not know how to resolve, specifically when trying to configure OpenMRS together with Keycloak using Docker Compose.
The problem we have is that the connection between the two services is not established correctly and multiple errors appear that prevent the system from functioning stably. Despite reviewing the documentation and trying different settings in the configuration files, we have not been able to resolve it.
This situation is causing us some frustration and helplessness because, despite having devoted many hours and effort to it, we find ourselves at a crossroads: we do not know if there is a way to solve this problem or if we should switch to other software to overcome these difficulties.
Therefore, before making a decision, we have decided to contact the community to see if anyone can help us. We greatly appreciate the efforts of those who make OpenMRS possible, and any guidance, advice, or shared experience will be of great help in overcoming this obstacle and continuing to move forward.
Thank you very much in advance for your guidance and support.
Best regards.
Juan José
