Is there a way I can set or update client_uuid from API to my own client_uuid just as am allow to set my_own_secret_key

I need to automate the creation of Realm and Client. But I need the client_uuid and client secret key to be preconfigure in my app setting to perform other automated function on keycloak server. Any help on that?
