Get ID Token with Claims using cUrl

Good Day,

I’m looking for cUrl command to get the ID token with claims returned. This is as per Final: OpenID Connect Core 1.0 incorporating errata set 1. I have also added a custom claim that should be returned as well (I have created this under Protocol Mappers and UserInfo is already returning the custom claim).

Any assistance would be appreciated.
