Custom theme - variables contained in it

I have created custom theme
I have few question

templates

1. When I got above screen, how Can I check if user is logged in (inside code template)? (by variables)
2. properties.meta?has_content and message?has_content etc… (variables in .ftl)
   When Can I find (for example) this information in keycloak? What they contain?

emails

1. Where Can i find what contains tokens in translation ? {0} etc…
