I have followed [Server Development] (Server Developer Guide) document and I still don’t see Serbian localization in dropdown menu.

Any advice or idea what I am missing?
I have even tried adding custom theme to all modules (Account, Email and Login) but that did nothing either
Issue is that supported-locales should be locales
