# Permissions Token Error, Invalid Token

Hi, I’ve got an issue with a token that on the face of it appears valid - has all the correct permissions, valid etc but i’m getting a 403 response and this warning is appearing in the keycloak logs.

> 2021-04-21T16:44:18.564909080Z 16:44:18,563 WARN [org.keycloak.events] (default task-5243) type=PERMISSION\_TOKEN\_ERROR, realmId=d2c, clientId=d2c-location, userId=null, ipAddress=10.253.142.157, error=invalid\_token, reason=‘HTTP 500 Internal Server Error’, auth\_method=oauth\_credentials, grant\_type=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:uma-ticket, client\_auth\_method=client-secret

anyone got any ideas what might cause this, i’m using keycloak version 11.0.2

I also get similar error like below. It seems that the user is locked. Because I didn’t change anything. Only thing I did making calls a lot of times. Keycloak version I’m using is : 14.0.0
