Link Roles to Groups using Tivoli

I’m having trouble to link Roles and Groups of my Tivoli LDAP.

The mapping between users and group is fine, but in this configuration i just can’t make keycloak link groups and the roles. I can only assign them “by hand”, no matter what i do. Some pictures will make you understand:
