# How to disable OTP for a user, once enabled

Hi, i have enabled OTP/google authicator for a user, now every time the user logs on i get prompted for the OTP token, is there a way to disable the OTP once its enabled (at user level), i donot want to do it at realm level setting.

I am presently using keycloak 4.7.0.Final
